The National Crime Information Center (NCIC) recently reported that “big rig tractor trailer theft is at an all time high.”Additionally, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration mentioned that trailers and cargo are “particularly vulnerable to theft at truck stops and parking lots where trailers are dropped or disconnected.”
